Here you’ll find resident-only information and photos. We also have the latest reports and documents from committees and chairpersons, and as we grow our site, an archive of those reports.
Using this site
The resident’s portion is divided into pages and categories. Navigate pages and categories using the sidebar.
Pages are our most important information.
- You’ll find our bylaws and contact info for officers and security.
- Any resident-only events will be posted in the calendar.
- You’ll also find a way to send in photos for inclusion in the residents-only site.
- We also recommend you visit the FAQs page for helpful information.
Categories are our timely information.
- Categories include entries, documents, and photos from committees, our security company, and officers.
- Click any category in the sidebar to view it. Entries are listed in the order they were posted, with the most recent entry at the top.
- In entries, relevant documents may be linked. Clicking the link to a document will download it to your computer. Documents may be in a variety of formats: PDF, Microsoft Word or Excel, or others.
Searching: All of our content is searchable, and the search form in the sidebar is another quick way to find information.
Fancy-schmancy RSS feeds
What is RSS? RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it. We provide RSS on this site so you’ll be notified when we add posts here.
What do I need to do to read an RSS Feed? Feed Reader or News Aggregator software allows you to grab our RSS feeds and display them for you to read and use. A search for free RSS feeders on Download.com is a good place to start. Once you’ve installed a feeder, you’ll find a link to our RSS feed at the bottom of every page on this site.
