Email Administrator - Oct 2008

This month, the email administrator took over the responsibility of maintaining the “everyone” list.  If you wish to be on the “everyone” list, please send an email to “thelist@encantopalmcroft.org”
stating your name and address.  Once received, the email administrator will approve the request and you’ll be added to the list shortly.

To send an email to the “everyone” list, address the email you wish distributed to “everyone@encantopalmcroft.org”.  Again, the email administrator will approve the request and it will be distributed shortly thereafter.

Please be aware that the email administrator is a volunteer and does not always attend to your requests immediately, although she does an amazing job!

Email Administrator - Sep 2008

Last month, the email guidelines were reviewed by the board.  A few modifications were made and approved.  For information about the way emails are distributed throughout the neighborhood, see the FAQs or email the administrator at email@encantopalmcroft.org.
