Monday, August 18th, 2008The Encanto-Parkside Condo Development Committee has little to report at the moment. The apartments on the north side of McDowell between 13th and 15th Avenues have been demolished. The developer has not given us much information lately as to its development status. We will continue to monitor the situation.
