The Mission of the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association (EPHPA) is to promote the preservation of the historic Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood and enhance the quality of life within and around the neighborhood. All applications for funding must coincide with the fulfillment of the EPHPA mission.
