Safety and Security

Contact Information:

Encanto Palmcroft Security Corporation (EPSC) is the name of your neighborhood’s corporate security entity.  Your EPSC contracts with a local licensed, bonded and insured Security Service Provider to perform daily security patrols in our neighborhood. All Patrol Officers are specially trained and aware of the special needs and demands of Encanto-Palmcroft residents.

The current EPSC Board consists of six neighbors who also serve as its officers.

Your tax dollars fund our Phoenix Police Dept.  Please call 911first concerning any and all criminal activity.  The operator will prioritize your call and route it to the correct department, HOWEVER after Phx PD has been notified, please call, text or email your EPSC with details of the crime.  An aware neighborhood is a safer neighborhood.

One hundred percent (100%) of all donations to your EPSC are used to fund our daily security patrols.  Our Officers utilize an electric vehicle, bikes and also walk every street and alley in our neighborhood - every day.

They notify neighbors about specific security issues, replace security lights, and report vandalism (such as graffiti) directly to Phx PD using special cell phone cameras.  All daily logs are available to be viewed in real time, and all officer movements are tracked using advanced GPS technology.  Our Security Officers do not carry lethal weapons.

Our Patrol Officers become an additional set of ‘eyes and ears’, but we also rely on the observations and reports from all of our neighbors.  While walking, biking or driving through Encanto-Palmcroft, please don’t hesitate to report anything (or anyone) that seems suspicious to you.  A call or text to 602-345-1331 only takes a moment.

The number of patrol hours that our Officers work each month are based on the amount of donations that are received from our neighbors.

Your suggested annual donation amount is $300.   However, any and all amounts are gladly accepted.  Checks made out to EPSC can be placed in the mailbox at:

1806 Palmcroft Drive NW

Please contact Ron Pick - EPSC President  602-345-1331 - or -  EncantoSecurity@gmail.com for more information.
