Advanced Ticket Sales

Tickets can be purchased on Tour Day for $25.00. We will accept cash or check.

You may purchase Advance Tickets online until the night before by using PayPal, your debit card or your credit card. Advance Tickets are only $18.00 each - a savings of more than 25% off of our 'Day of Tour' ticket price.

Eventbrite - Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour and Street Fair

You may also receive an even greater discount by purchasing your ticket for $15.00 at either the Willow Home tour (which is roughly 2 months prior to the Encanto Palmcroft Home Tour) or at the Coronado Home tour (which is roughly 1 month prior to the Encanto Palmcroft Home Tour). We will have a "vendor" booth there (separate from the ticket booth) and will accept cash, check or credit card.

The Encanto-Palmcroft Home Tour Ticket Booth and Will Call Booth will be located at the corner of 12th Ave & Holly. At our "Will Call" table, you will exchange your pre-paid ticket for our "Home Tour Booklet" and a wristband. The Booklet contains a map of our tour homes, and the wristband acts as your 'admission ticket'.  We will not be mailing any Home Tour Booklets. Children 12 and under are welcome and free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
