About Us
The mission of the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association (EPHPA) is to promote the preservation of the historic Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood and enhance the quality of life within and around the neighborhood. EPHPA is a non-profit neighborhood association that elects a representative board, holds regularly scheduled public meetings, advocates historic preservation, and raises money primarily through its biennial home tour to fund community activities, charitable purposes, and neighborhood events.
